TRAINING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All course costs include training material and assessments if required.

Full day public courses presented at Safetech’s facilities includes lunch and refreshments in the cost of the course. Refreshments (tea/coffee) are available for short or half day public courses.

Lunch and refreshments are not included in the cost of the course for in-house training (Presented at the clients facilities)

Should the client request training to be done at Safetech’s premises, an additional fee will be charged.

If training is cancelled within seven (7) working days of commencement of the training a 50% charge will be applicable. Training cancelled within three (3) days of the training date, will be charged in full.

Information obtained from clients and through training is treated with a high level of confidentiality.

Health and safety of trainer – should trainer deem area unsafe for H&S, the work will not be carried out in that area. This will be reported to the client.

If special requirements are needed by trainers for site visits, e.g. induction, PPE, medicals, etc., please mention this on the acceptance of quotation form.

Invoices for training are payable within thirty (30) days of presentation.

In the event of unavoidable work stoppage, break downs, etc. which may necessitate additional training time, extra costs will be negotiated. Should the client post-pone the training, costs encountered will be charged (including travel costs).

Quotations are valid for three (3) months from date of issue.

Safetech will only be bound to provide the service as soon as the client has returned the completed document reflected in Annexure A of our quote and supplied an official order number.

Safetech reserves the right to change the dates of public courses scheduled during the course of the year.

A description of the handling process for complaints and appeals are available to any interested party on request.
